The TV in the second room wouldn't connect to any apps like Netflix or Hulu which my kid did not enjoy. Besides the smell and outdated feel the staff is very helpful. The morning breakfast is plentiful. It offers a little of everything. Out of the 3 hotels along each other I would say this is the oldest one. The pool was closed for cleaning something else my son was bummed about. Another thing to mention. I'm not sure if it's the weather or time of year but there is an overwhelming amount of big round like bugs all around the hotel. Your car will be littered with them and it's so scary if you hate bugs as much as I! Keep your windows up!

I am reviewing this hotel in the context of Fairfield Inns and Courtyards, not Ritz Carltons. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I do have a few complaints. Some of the lights in the room did not work, and the hotel common areas tended to be warm. However, everything else was fine. The check-in process was flawless, parking was simple, and the location was convenient for our needs. Considering the limited number of hotels that are currently pet-free, I would definitely stay here again. Note to Marriott. It would make life easier if when making reservations on your webpage there was a button to click for pet free hotels. I have to dig down and search each one to find a safe haven.

After checking prices and reading reviews for days I decided on this place. I booked the two bedrooms suites for my sister and a kid and myself. We have a living room And full kitchen with two bedrooms and two bathroom and a powder area with sink. I chose the king bedroom it had a standing shower, large and clean with a closet and a powder area. The bedroom was super spacious. Then my sis and the daughter stayed in the other bedroom that has two Queen size beds, a bathroom with tub and a powder area with nice closet. I like that there are no shortages of mirrors :). We felt so much at home and love the space. We also have a balcony , we couldn't sit out too long due to the very hot sun. The breakfast next day was surprisingly good. My sister loved the fruits and yogurts, I murdered the sausages, flat and round with scrambled eggs and cereal. I over ate. Ms Ronda and all the rest of the workers were a sweet heart. I highly recommend this place. We saw the pool but didn't use it. The cleanliness was what sold me then the niceness.

I paid with points and money so a 2 day Friday/Saturday stay came under $200 which is typical. I was on the 4th floor. My stay was pretty quiet and comfortable intill Saturday night. It wasn't the hotel's fault but I had some inconsiderate guests having conversations outside of my door and then proceeding to talk and yell loudly in the room next to mine. I knocked the star off because I shouldn't hear anyone's conversation in the room next to mine. Getting in and out of the hotel can be a pain especially on a weekend. The hotel happens to be in a lane that ends so you have to weave in with the other people who decided to wait till the last minute to merge. No airport noises that I noticed. Great value if you want to save some money and stay closer to the mall then the airport.

When I walked into the lobby, the smell of the chemicals from the color and the perms nearly knocked me over. You literally could not breathe because of the chemical smell. They put me in a room right next to the lobby and I was breathing in those chemicals all night. I woke up with a pounding headache and my eyes and throat are on fire. No breakfast technically included but there are honey buns, instant oatmeal, coffee and juice in the lobby. Coffee in the lobby is what you'd expect when you hear a cup of mud. Liked the small touches like toothbrushes packaged with floss picks as well as miniature mouthwashes and makeup cleansing wipes. Coffee maker in room was one if the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. AC has option to be cranked low and actually work. Bathroom also had pumps with shampoo, etc. Only downsides, so you are asked smoking or non smoking when checking in but our room smelled like at some point someone had smoked there. It was obvious but it wasn't so bad that it bothered us. I'm pretty sensitive to cigarette smoke but you really didn't notice it once you turned on the ac and were in there for a bit. I did notice a few small burn holes in the top comforter of one of the beds. Luckily, there was not a ton of night traffic so it wasn't bad being so close to the road.
