SWEET POTATO FRIES and two burgers yummy! Soft tender flavorful! Yah!
Priscilla L.

I love this place! I wish I eat the freshly ground meat burger place every day! Yummy! It's true Texas has some fine places to eat that makes it so special and Rodeo Goat is one of them. I was taking a lot of photos and exploring the areas of restaurant. This place pretty big and kitchen is way in front, then the dining room with high top seating and a place to play games and shoot the breeze with drink in your hand and to chat with folks if it got more busier in evening. Very large dinning area can fit large group of people in casual setting. The menu is vast and hard to decide what to get. We ordered our burgers and was delicious and soft and great flavor. Also great sweet potatoes fries . Yummy in my Tummy and yes I would come back next time I land in Texas! Yee Haw! let me find a cowboy! lol

The burger was great. Interesting art work all over the restaurant. The service was awful. We were seated at a table that needed a good wipe, the girl was lost. We needed to hunt her down for utensils, to order, to get refills, and finally get our check.

Rodeo Goat. Just discovered this place yesterday and everyone needs to go for the best burger ever

Food is always good and fresh it just sucks that it's always freezing in here and you have to try and suck it down in about 2 minutes before your food gets cold. At least the floor is cleaner than it was the last time I came.

Onion Rings

My family and I went to Rodeo Goat while in the area. We drove up, parked in the parking lot and walked in. We were greeted by two friendly hostesses. They told us that we could pick where we wanted to sit. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sit indoors. We looked around and found a table. After sitting we waited for a few minutes and then our waitress showed up. She was super friendly and helpful throughout our meal. She did an excellent job despite being super busy. She brought us our menus and asked us what we would like to drink. We ordered waters and she left to give us time to look at the menus. When she returned we placed our order. We chose to start with tostada chips and queso which comes with taco meat, guacamole, and pico de gallo inside the queso. There was also a side of salsa. This was a good start. The taco meat in the queso added texture and the guacamole and pico added extra flavor. The salsa was spicy and had flavor. For my main meal I chose to order from the battle of the burgers. It was Truffle Shuffle vs The Sundance Kid. I chose the Sundance Kid which comes with beef, bacon, fried mozzarella, and a strawberry chutney. It was delicious. The chutney and the mozzarella were out of this world. The bacon had flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. We also ordered some onion rings to share. They were not listed on the menu but the waitress let us know that you could order them. The onions inside the rings were good. They had a slight sweet flavor. The outer portion of the ring was fluffy and soft not crispy. Overall it was a good place to grab a dinner. The restaurant has plenty of seating, the service was great, and the food was good. The burger was delicious.

BODACIOUS Burger

Tried the Bodacious burger at Rodeo Goat and it was so good. I also had some of my friend's Hot Bastard burger and some sweet potato fries, and those were great too. Server was nice and friendly as well.

Came for an early dinner and the experience was decent. They weren't busy upon arriving and we sat where we wanted. Our waiter was attentive and friendly - no issues there. I ordered a D.C.C. turkey burger and added fries. The burger was good and fries crispy. Multiple locations in the DFW area - I'll definitely visit again.

My first visit to Rodeo Goat was a great dining experience. From the friendly dining room staff to the on site manager who stopped by our table to chat, my friend and I enjoyed our lunch. The food was delicious (order the sweet potato fries!), and the overall atmosphere was inviting and welcoming.

EVAN GRANT
Ashley H.

Rodeo Goat is always a solid choice and this visit was no exception. We started with the Cheese Fries No Surprise which were cheesy, indulgent, and completely addictive as always. I had the Evan Grant burger with a Goat Llama to drink and it hit all the right notes. Packed with bold flavor and cooked perfectly. They really know how to build a burger that stands out. For dessert we went with the Churro Goat Balls which were warm, crispy, and filled with melty caramel. The perfect mix of crunchy and gooey. The service was great, the vibe was fun and relaxed, and everything came out fresh and fast. Rodeo Goat continues to be one of our favorite burger spots.

CHACA OAXACA

Amazing! Everything was just right from the start, like if my expectations came to reality. I had the Chaka Burger with additional bacon on it but not just your regular bacon... they have jalapeno bacon flavor too which gave this delicious burger a heck of a kick , not spicy to the point where you can't enjoy the flavor but spicy flavorful (mildish) The staff are very attentive and super friendly specially for first timers like myself, I just loved the ambiance, and the quality of food for my bucks. I strongly recommend any first timers to stop by and get yourself a burger if you're craving something special... also their fries are some of the best in Plano/Dallas area that I've had since I've been here. I'm definitely coming back.

We love Rodeo Goat! It was our first time with friends to visit the Plano location. We usually go to the Fort Worth one. The fries were crisp. The burger was fresh and delicious. And I loved the jalapeños on my bodacious burger. 10/10!

CHEESE FRIES NO SURPRISE
Serene C.

This place is quite good overall, just not like the best burger you'll ever have. The burger was tasty and I found the big Tex unique but it could've been more flavorful especially the fried mashed potato part. The best thing here are the hand punched fries though. It's nice and crispy. The cheese fries no surprise is really good!

STEAMING PILE
Lucie N.

FOOD & DRINKS Steaming Pile - this is jalapeño cheddar tater tots topped with more cheddar, chive, goat cheese, bacon, and a sunny side up egg. I think the cheese taste is a little bit overpowering, so the dish is a little bit on the salty side. However, the thoughts are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is good. The egg was cooked well and flavors were pretty good besides the saltiness. Rosebud - this is a drink with deep Eddy, cranberry vodka, pome juice, and rosé float. I personally like this drink because it is more on the fruity/sweet side. The vodka isn't too overpowering either. VIBES They let you choose your seating. They have both booth and table seating as well as high stool seating. They also have seating outside, which looks really nice if the weather is good. A pretty casual place with lots of families and friends. SERVICE Service was all right. And the times that we did talk to her server she's very nice and friendly, but they didn't really check in on us too much, which made it harder to order drinks later on during the meal.

Bodacious Burger cut in the middle

This was my first time at this Rodeo Goat location, but my third visit overall, and it didn't disappoint! We started with the Texas Caviar, a flavorful and refreshing appetizer that paired perfectly with a Local Buzz a great beer choice if you're into crisp, light brews. For the main course, we shared the Bodacious Burger with a side of fries. The burger was juicy and messed to eat but packed with bold flavors, and lived up to its name. The fries were crispy and golden, making them an excellent complement to the meal. Consistently solid food and a relaxed, fun atmosphere!

This cheeseburger made me feel sick. It was very greasy and it tasted really good. Their fries are very good.

Service was a little lacking on the Sunday afternoon we went. Food was decent, would try it again but not my go to for a burger spot.

My friend recommended this on his list of Irish Pubs around here, so I decided to give it a try. For a strip mall Irish Pub, it does take you into another world. Cool entrance that opens up to a horseshoe bar with tons of tables and booths. It was Trivia night, so they only had the Stanley Cup playoff on one TV. Sat down at the bar and ordered my Guinness and reviewed the menu. There were a couple of selections I was interested in (always gravitate to Bangers n' Mash), but went with the fish & chips with French Onion soup. Get these together, because the fish is delicious in the beef broth of the French Onion! It was good, though fish could've used a little more batter with the thick walleye filets. I loved it all and enjoyed the conversation with the bartender with the I Love Indie Horror hat. Some good ones out there that aren't being made like they use to!!

After we paid our bill with a credit card, I noticed that we were charged a 3% credit card fee. That was a first, and likely began in April since our last visit was on 3/24/26 and no credit card fee was assessed. Nowhere on the menu was it mentioned there would be a credit card fee, nor was it articulated by a bartender. That sort of fee makes me wonder what's going on in this establishment. Not sure we'll be back.

Warm wood tones, beautiful lighting, and that perfect upscale-yet-cozy feel make the whole place feel special. The location is ideal too -- easy to get to and surrounded by that lively Shops at Legacy energy without any of the chaos. But the food? Next level. The elk tacos were straight-up fantastic -- perfectly seasoned, tender elk, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of heat. I could have eaten a second order without hesitation. Then came the chicken fried steak, and it did not disappoint. Crispy, golden crust, juicy and flavorful meat, and that classic creamy gravy that tastes like it was made with love. Every bite was pure comfort food elevated. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and elevated, yet still warm and welcoming. If you're in Plano and want a restaurant that nails both the food and the atmosphere, Haywire is it. I'm already planning my next visit. Hands-down 10/10. It's got that Texas feel to it, but cleaned up a bit. Comfortable, but still a little polished. The food was really solid across the board. You know how brunch can sometimes just be... fine? This wasn't that. Everything tasted like someone actually cared about it. Good seasoning, cooked right, and just enough creativity without overdoing it. It still felt like brunch, just done properly. Drinks were great too. Not over-the-top, just well-made and easy to enjoy. Definitely the kind of place where one turns into two without much convincing. Service was smooth--friendly, attentive, but relaxed. Nobody hovering, nobody rushing you out. Just a good flow to the whole meal. We ended up sitting there longer than we planned, just hanging out and enjoying it, which probably says the most.
