I had great experience in prior years but this year is different. I dropped off our tax documents…read moreon Thursday March 5th and usually about 2 weeks to be completed as we were told in prior years. We received a call on Friday March 20th by one of their office staff that our return was ready to be picked up. My husband, son and I went to sign and pick up our tax forms and thought we would be receiving our IRS return roughly 2 weeks from picking up our forms. It is now Monday March 30 almost April and our return was never sent to the IRS by their office and this I only found out because I had logged on to the IRS website to check on our refund but they did not have our information so I called Covati and Janhsen and that's when they said it was never sent to the IRS. So if I didn't check the IRS website for our refund, I would have never known my return wasn't filed. I trusted their office with our documents and return yet our forms just sat somewhere in their office without being filed and without even a call. If I didn't call them who knows how long before our return would have been sent to the IRS if even at all. So disappointed unfortunately we will not be returning.

It's never open save for like five minutes at some obscure time on a random day. And now they're completely closed on Sundays? I can understand Chic Fil A but a bank?

I walked into the bank and waited in line to have something notarized. The teller told me to sit…read moredown and "the woman sitting over there would be right with me". After sitting for over 20 minutes, "the woman" gets up and begins to leave. I asked if she was the notary at which point she says.. "no.. I don't even work here". She redirects me back to the bank teller who tells me that she is the notary and it will be at least an hour.. and for me to just go to UPS.. I explained that I always use this bank for notary at which point she tells me there is only one person working as she's standing with TWO other tellers. In that time of making me sit.. arguing with me I'm pretty sure she could have notarized my one piece of paper that I need for medical reasons! Shame on you. For reference I was in at 1:20 pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023 if anyone would like to speak to the notary who won't notarize. I have a trust at this bank that will be transferred out ASAP.

I have currently waited over an hour and half past my appointment time and no one seems to know when I'll be seen. They've taken (2) walk-ins and someone that had an appointment an hour after mine so far. This is insanity. How this place of business has stayed open for this long is baffling. This place makes the DMV seem like a vacation. I highly recommend trying to find another place to prepare your taxes. At the very least a different branch.
