Always had a good experience here- staff is always friendly and helpful- from front counter to Doctor.

Dr Sherrill is great, his office staff is rude. 3 times i have had an appointment and they wouldn't see me because I got there a few minutes before my appointment.. if I had known I would have been there earlier. We were checked in. I saw the Dr come out of a room. We sat there for 20 minutes after i seen him finish with a patient and was told we could not see him. That appointment was for my 81 year old mother who has Dementia and lost her glasses.. read more

I hope this review helps someone make a better choice then I did. DON'T GO HERE! After a being pushed through like cattle, I finally saw the doctor and he did not spend more then 5- 10 minutes with me. I have had eye examinations for years and I feel there were standard tests that they did not address. They dilated my eyes and then after my 5 to 10 minutes visit, they told me my appointment was over. They did not address my dialed eyes before I left, nor did they care if I was driving. Later I receive a bill for around $300.00 and called to explain that my insurance should covers basic eye exams. I was told this was more then any eye exam and needed to be coded differently. I believe that Rocky Mountain Eye Center is far more concerned about padding their profits then caring for their patients. BE CAREFUL! read more

My eye exam was a month ago. I ordered glasses the same day. I have yet to receive my glasses. Tara keeps giving me the run around on my glasses. Tara screwed up my order still not resolved. Tara does not return phone calls. But I sure did get a bill. No end in sight and no discounts for their screw up. Never buy glasses there ever. On a good note I do love dr Sheryl. Have always had excellent care here for me and for my mother. Dr. Sherill was very kind to my mother when she had shingles near her eye. He even saw my sister, visiting from out of town, when her eye was scratched. Dr. Clay provided great care when I had cataract surgery. I see Dr. Sherill once every 2 years and its always been very good. The staff is very professional and kind. read more
