I've team managed the construction of multiple commercial buildings in nations around the world from 10,000 up to 2,000,000 ft.² housing, small business sites and large multi-billion-dollar facilities. This included manufacturing facilities, residences, class 10,000 clean rooms, multi-story offices, and full 20 building corporate campuses. I would feel very comfortable having Adam and his team build any of those structures. The facility he built for us was approximately 2300 ft.² two story with a shop for metal, wood, clay, and glass construction including a full-service kitchen, bathroom, water service area, offices and facilities for a 38-foot RV home if we chose to park one inside. I designed for EV's alongside forged metal working, glassblowing, woodcraft and plastics capability. We use the empty vehicle bays for classroom instruction, in fact we teach beekeeping on site. I provide all this information because of the myriads of details that Adam needed to manage in building this facility for our use. His work was timely, professional, of the highest quality, and he kept me fully informed at each step of the way, so I could have confidence in the agreed upon completion dates and performance of his team. During that same time, he managed at least six other significant projects across Idaho from Twin Falls, Pocatello, Sun Valley and multiple jobs in Ada, Boise, Gem and Canyon Counties that I'm aware of, while devoting the appropriate amount of time to in person, on site direct and indirect supervision of his team. Working with Adam I could see he wasn't just buying services and the supplies for construction, but he shopped to obtain good pricing and timely delivery. We finished on time and within budget. A key factor in project management is assuring timely arrival of goods and services necessary, in the proper order, so that one subcontractor is not waiting for another subcontractor to finish their part of the puzzle while you're paying for both of them simultaneously! At a time when subcontractors are often challenging to find, work with, schedule, and assure performance, Adam choreographed all the different pieces so that our facility was built in a timely fashion, yielding a very high-quality product. He's got at least a couple of pictures of our interior roof design as part of this portfolio on Yelp. Our facility had to match existing buildings that had been constructed over the past 35 years and much of it was custom work. Adam used the best quality products within our budget and installed commercially available prefabricated components for consistency wherever possible. My neighbors, building inspectors, other guests and subs, who came to our location while the building was under construction, consistently remarked about how clean, orderly, and well managed the site was. In fact, several people have used at Adam's company for their projects too. We were lucky as the house that is part of this facility that we created is close to 30 years old and many of the design items are no longer made. This meant that to match the existing structure, Adam's team had to be able to custom cut finials, bracing, and match design so the building was consistent with the architecture composed & implemented some 30 years ago. We re-purposed doors, windows, framing, up-cycling components which saved me money and helped to visually tie the structural appearances together. I've also used Adam on smaller jobs too with consistent success. Adam has my strongest endorsement and recommendation. Adam is a good Christian man, truthful and scrupulous in recordkeeping so you may rely on facts and figures he provides. Their attention to detail and quality was excellent. The work was beautiful and I've had many neighbors stop by and compliment how nice it looks. They are all very friendly and courteous. Every morning before starting work, they held a tailboard meeting where they discussed the work of the day and how to do it safely. Finally in October I tracked him down personally, and asked when he was going to take care of the repairs. He got very "huffy" and said if that was how I was going to be he would not do othe job. Next thing I knew he had come by during the week and picked up the materials that had been waiting for him to do the job for the past 4 months, and did not do the job. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
