I am amazed when I hear people who don't use an accountant, a lawyer, financial planner, or insurance advisor. I never realized my prior accountant wasn't a CPA. Keep up the good work Nick. Friendly staff, following through, calls back and the type of office that you would expect as excellent customer service. Insurance is something you have to have, and when you need to talk to an agent, something is usually wrong and you want a sympathetic helpful person on the other end of the line. I have had that type of experience with John Sules office staff. I am in a claim right now, and I am being treated with the respect and follow up I would expect at a time like this.
