just some feedback for your business ;…read more I had an Appointment with Johnney Fade I'm trying to understand why I am making an appointment on Booksy and when I get there 1 someone is in the chair ( ok fine ) but then you telling me I gotta wait another 20 for some else after the person in the chair to get there cut when I am schedule for 9:30; very unprofessional if there was a delay you owe it to the customer to update the Booksy and let them know the appt has been pushed back ; this is the second time this has happened; at least shoot a text inform the customer before they get there that you are behind schedule ; the fade game prides it self on being the most reliable barbershop and from the experience I've had it's not at all ! Value your customers time ! I have came here multiple times Once had an Appointment with champagne he was behind schedule then says can you give me another 15 I have to eat ? Are you serious ?
