However Dr Zak caught health issues immediately that Malcom didn't & Makcom doesn't listen to the parents much either. that's why I left. told me kids can't fix cavities w/good health or remineralizing toothpaste which is fake news & bs. it's called Hydroxyapetite & boy does it work in studies & IRL. anyways, dr Zak is someone who has a passion & did it right. love him so much & so grateful. he's immediately like family n cracks me up.. especially the kids.

Yes, some are less talkative then others but they have all been very nice and understanding of when I needed them to stop because of the pain they were causing me. They have never given me attitude or felt like they've been frustrated with me since I ALWAYS ask a lot of questions (I always want to know what they're doing and whats next etc). Also, the Dentist assistants are always nice. Even thou they're young they still make you feel comfortable and are very polite. There is one that's a little more serious she kind of looks a little mad but even then she answers all your questions and definitely knows what she is talking about. When I went in for a deep cleaning never did I think that would hurt like he** and I was shedding a couple tears and my dentist and assistant where even trying to help me get thru it, I mean they weren't talking to me the whole time, they had a job to get done, but still they were patient and didn't rush. The one thing I do overhear when I have been there is that Dentists a little overwhelmed because they are short on Dentists, so they are trying to get to everyone. They accept the medical card here and that is one reason for why they are always so busy. Even the receptionist are nice over the phone and in person. They did mess up one of my appointments once, an appointment that was very important but they apologized and helped me get the paperwork I needed and a new appointment as soon as possible. I will definitely keep coming back here for my Dentist Appointments !

She went over all of my options in detail as well as what i should expect. Dr. Hansen was able to remove all four of my wisdom teeth successfully despite previous dentists telling me they could not. Dr. Hansen was extremely nice and answered all my questions. After my surgery, Carmen routinely checked in on me to make sure I was doing well. This office genuinely cares about you as a patient. Dr. Jake came in and explained everything clearly. After everything was explained I went up front and the lady at the desk clearly laid out the bill to me. It was much more affordable than another pediatric dentist that we have used previously. Dr. Jake then performed the minor procedure my daughter needed and I was able to stay with her the whole time and hold her hand. There is also a waiting room with a glass door close by in case parents want to be close by, but avoid seeing up close. After working with another pediatric dentist previously I was thrilled with Dr. Jake's willingness to let me stay in the room and his pricing. We are going back in three weeks to clean the other kids teeth as well.

Shortly after they called her in and made me wait until 4:35 till they took me in. They seemed like so much in a rush that they were whipping all the instruments with a cloth before using them on me. As soon as the lady put the instruments in my mouth I tasted someone else's saliva!!! It really grossed me out but she still proceeded. The only thing she did was scrape my gums. She said "sorry we don't have the polish so we can't do that, just gum cleaning." I immediately rinsed my mouth as soon as I got out of the room and I was hoping that they didn't reuse the same instruments they used on that sick woman before me! Lo and behold I felt an extremely dry throat when I got home that night and the next morning it was an all out fever. Coughing bloody congestion, headache, soar throat, sneezing. There was an intense burning sensation in my throat the whole time, I had to miss 3 days of work!!! I will definitely look into filing a lawsuit for this incident because what they did to me is the epitome of how to mistreat your patients. Utterly disgusted with them I will NEVER return!!!!
