The young lady working the office is very sweet and willing to help in anyway she can. WiFi worked GREAT for streaming Netflix/Hulu! Only complaints we had was with the laundromat there, but it's not necessarily the rv parks fault, they rent the machines out and we had many problems with the company not fixing the machines, everytime we tried using the laundromat we dealt with (taken money, washer quit before the spin cycle leaving the clothes soaked in water, dryers not working, etc) so we just used the laundromat down the road. One thing that really needs work is the poor entrance way! We even drive two trucks and it was hard on them because the driveway is rough!! I couldn't imagine it in a little car! They REALLY need to fill the holes in because the entrance to the rv park is right off the highway and people will run you over when you are having to slow down to 5mph to turn in and not destroy your vehicle because the rough driveway! Overall a good little quiet RV park! Would give 5 stars but the driveway and laundromat could really use some maintenance!

They requested a $75 deposit which we got back. There aren't any definitive office hours, and we had to sign a contract for 2 weeks. They don't offer WiFi. They do have cabins to rent out. For the area, it was the most cost effective and comfortable place to call home for my husband and me while he worked nearby. I loved how close it was to coffee and grocery stores.

The cabins are well furnished with a rustic atmosphere. The furniture is solid, not your average cheap "get it in there" junk. The staff is friendly, the cabins are always clean (except one accident, which was immediately resolved with extremely courteous service!) There's coffee and snacks with complimentary soaps and shampoos in each cabin. It's a little noisy from the highway but that's hardly noticable, given how comfortable the beds and loveseats are. This is our third stay with several more to go. Definitely recommend staying here if you have any overnight business in the area!!!

I also got screwed out of half a months lot fees bc they don't pro rate . I travel a lot for work and this was the first place that didn't refund me for days I didn't stay . The contract has nothing in it either way . I also wouldn't have minded paying a higher weekly rate since I knew that I wouldn't be at this location for a full month, mind you that I stayed for 3 1/2 months and was told that they would handle it and I would get something but once I left I haven't been able to get in touch with them. I had my secretary call and they told her I was only due my deposit of 75$ .I still haven't received it yet.
