Here are the reasons why I enjoy this gym: The coaches are very experienced, encouraging and personable. They will personally correct your moves so you can improve your techniques. For me, that is what separates them from some other boxing chains around here. Additionally, the coaches switch up the curriculum so you don't get bored! They also do pad works with you in addition to pad work with other gym goers. This is so much better than just punching bags because it is way more dynamic and realistic. I really like the variety of classes here. They don't have too many time slots yet but I like there are Muay Thai classes, pad and bag combination workshops, boxing bootcamps and also Jr Muay Thai classes that my son loves. Did I mention Kids classes are the cutest!? All the coaches offer personal training too so if the timing does not work, you have the option of booking your private time. I highly recommend coach AJ, Joni and Monica! Last but not the least, I like the smaller-size class format so we can all get a good amount of attention from coaches.
