When I…read morerecently called with an issue that they felt should be dealt with quickly, they called me very late in the day (after 6 p.m.) when they had a chance, and made every effort to work me in the following day. They even placed phone calls to the imaging center to also work me into their busy schedule, rather than being content with what they saw in the scheduling system - in which case, I would not have been seen for a few days. Dr. Woodworth has been my surgeon consult for a couple of times now for what have turned out to be non-serious issues, thankfully. But he is thorough, compassionate, and communicates and educates his patients about all the possibilities and options. Most impressive, when I was waiting the results of a biopsy he called me personally on a Friday at 5 p.m. to let me know the results. Although I wasn't expecting the results until Monday, when he received them on Friday, he wanted to let me know as soon as possible. That is a caring medical professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring a surgical consult.

I've had 3 ER trips here and multiple visits to my PCP. They always treat me great. The doctors are all kind and courteous. And the nurses are the best. I've had labs done, X-Rays, CT Scan, MRI's, and more. Never had a bad experience. They treat the veterans with respect. Which means a lot because the California VA's weren't always as kind. I'm pleased with my care here.

So I've been on this dental journey now for over 5 months now. I had a couple of teeth missing and…read morethen my teeth was cracking. So I got a consultation to see how to fix my problem. After finding out what I needed to do I had to really think will this be worth it. So after making my decision on just getting all my teeth pulled which was 24 of them I decided to go through with it. Dr Minikin was the oral surgeon I trusted on getting me on the next phase. Like I said I had 24 teeth extracted and 6 bone grafts. The thing is I was put out and really didn't feel no pain until the next day. I also had 2 implants put in on my lowers to make sure my denture's wouldn't move around. So after 4 months I think I'm about ready for the next stage. But no I had to go back in for another surgery for a muscle that was to strong. Dr Minikin was very straight forward and told me we needed to do this as well which I did. After 3weeks of recovery I went back and was told I was ready to see my dentist to get dentures made. Everyone in this office was the nicest people you could ask for. So a couple weeks ago on the weekend with no working out, running around town shopping, eating out…read moreand eating poorly of course, then binge watching crap till late hours... Monday hits after a poor nights sleep. I wake up wet with sweat and freezing. Yep I'm sick, feel like I got hit by a bus. Just want to climb back in bed but know it won't do me any good without chugging chemical nightmare causing green night quill or a handful of ibuprofen. Once again doing no good just prolong my sickness and fry my kidneys. I suck it up and drink a bunch of water, get dressed and go here. Start with a hocaat secession and end with an iv. Feel slightly better as my fever broke but not 100% me yet. Kept drinking water and staying hydrated as they told me I should as I walked out the door. Right home back to bed. Next day I feel like I can run a marathon! So glad I went here over the old ritual of over the counter crap wondering if it will actually work this time or just make me worse till I need antibiotics from a trip to my usual scrip or surgery writing see me a whole 45 seconds after a 2 hour wait doctor. Yes that old method is done! This is my go to place for not only when feeling like crap, but now my preventative measure place! They even have a protocol for a pre vacation or night out of bad eating and drinking that can make life a lot more enjoyable with more energy and less payback later. Who would figure to get your immune system in top condition before an expensive cruise or just a long night out with friends!

I found her to be intelligence, knowledgeable, compassionate and effective. Also, I found her strong enough and direct enough to call me on my "stuff" when needed. I feel very lucky to have been in her care at that fragile time in my life. On more than one occasion, Dr. Woods extended my appointment time when I was at my "worst" clinically speaking. She went above and beyond to make herself available when I was in crisis. Eventually, I expanded my counseling with Dr. Woods to include my partner and my mother. I found her extremely insightful in helping us work out our familial relationship. I think back on that time and I am grateful to have been under her care. My life could have taken a horrible turn had I not had the quality care I found as her client.

My daughter was diagnosed with bulimia, a very life threatening disease. She was evaluated by two of the best hospitals in the United Sates and the recommendation for my daughter was inpatient treatment based on her severe purging of 5 to 20 times a day. My eighteen year old daughter did not want to leave her boyfriend for the length of time it would take to recover from this disease. Desperate for help I set an appointment for my daughter with Frances Wood PhD. Within ten minutes into our appointment Frances Wood PhD told my daughter she did not need inpatient treatment for her bulimia and she said she had seen a lot worse. I did not think she made a professional evaluation. unfortunately my daughter continued therapy with her. Frances Wood PhD prescribed a medicine that had horrible side effects and my daughter could not even get out of bed. We were invited for a family visit with Frances Wood PhD. Within ten minutes Frances Wood PhD decided I the mother with three teenage daughters listening was a monster and a horrible parent. She said I had dissociate personality disorder, She accused me of brutally beating and abusing my children when they were young and having no memory of it, I am not a PhD but I think she would need more than ten minutes of time, multiple tests, and a few more visits with me to be able to diagnose such a complicated psychological disorder.. This was the first visit for my other two daughters and they had not even said a word about their child hood?? She accused me of dragging my children by their hair across the room when they were younger. None of my daughters had told her anything like these gross lies. One of my daughters frighten by his lady started crying, Frances Wood PhD was feeding absolute BS to my daughters, and with that being said she tried to set individual appointment for them. Frances Wood PhD charges over $100 an hour and I honestly felt like she was using the crude tactics of a shady used car salesman. My daughters had been caught drinking under age several times by the police. They had a period of probation and Frances Wood PhD said that it was normal for teenagers to sneak out of the house at 1:00 am and drink underage! She said the probation/ caseworker for Missouri are a joke as she tipped her head back and laughed. Frances Wood PhD said "the caseworker probably threaten my daughters with foster care where they would be sexually molested". I told Frances Wood PhD that the counselors I had for my daughters was very knowledgeable, kind and helped my daughters stop a potential drinking problem, Frances Wood PhD pointing her finger at me looking very angry said I was absurd! Frances Wood PhD had one insult after another toward me. I think Frances Wood PhD needs a lot of help herself,. I left her office and went directly to an attorney. Frances Wood PhD is one of most unprofessional women I ever have met. I should of known by the tacky dirty office and reception area! I have told my family and the girls grandparents of this awful experience and they were shocked beyond belief at this crazy therapist's accusations and angry behavior,
