Within a month, severe spalling covered most of the driveway and half the patio, with signs of more coming. I've tried for months to get the company to stand behind their work but they keep putting me off, saying they want their concrete supplier to take some responsibility. Sam was incredibly easy to work with, his workers were clean and efficient, and they had lots of great design ideas that didn't add a ton to the project (we never felt like we were upsold at all). We had a couple questions/ small adjustments after the project was done and Sam was totally responsive and took care of it with no additional charge, so we did not have the same experience some other reviews mention. He even came over to show my husband how to turn in the sprinklers, no charge, out of his own time. They did literally nothing with our sprinklers, he was just being helpful.
