I'm sure if they had a menu, I would've been able to order more of what I liked instead of listing off things that the waiter wasn't completely educated on. I asked if they had Ikura and he wasn't sure what it was. Besides the menu, the food was great for an all you can eat sushi option.

The restaurant started as an Italian food place only, but later they decided to add Japanese food since they felt the city needed a good sushi place. We only tried their Japanese menu and food was great. Very fresh and tasty. Also, service was outstanding, and their wine selection is excellent.
