Food and gas are great price…read more The tire shop at the Greece location is very unprofessional and has incorrect quoted price. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a manager.Unprofessional employees. Didn't even know how to drive my vehicle into one of the bays.

Out of the Last two remaining wholesale club stores in rochester..BJ's would be the second…read morebest...But there are definitely some great reasons to have a BJ's membership. First they accept coupons. Both BJ's and Manufacturer coupons, and you can use 1 manufacturer coupon and one BJ's coupon on 1 single item. So if you are really into savings..BJ's is the club where you are going to save the most. Especially when you have a coupon and a product also happens to be on sale(which I find happens often) Those savings really start to pile up. Keep in mind that these clubs sell almost all the same products you buy at any wholesale club(minus the house brand name products) Second They have a Deli where you can get cold-cuts for probably the best consistent price around..I'm talking domestic prosciutto where every deli in rochester sells it for 20 dollars a pound..BJ's sells it for 7.99lb. In My opinion that alone is enough for me to keep a membership. (I love prosciutto) And most of the other cold-cuts they sell do not go over 8 dollars a pound. Third they do not ask for your Membership ID when you enter the store which is a minor thing but it's nice. They also have 4 locations in rochester. Which makes it super convenient to live fairly close to one. Now for the bad part. First their bakery items have gone down hill since the 90s and early to mid 2000's when I used to go here. I guess for me it's not a big deal now as I don't really eat sweets anymore..But if you expect the bakery items to be as good as Costco or Sams Club..You might be disappointed. Sometime in 2010 or so they stopped baking their bakery goods in store..and had them shipped in and I really noticed the difference for the worse. Quality just isn't there anymore. They No longer have a food court(at east at this location) which could be a deal breaker for some..But in my opinion their food court was never very good. Even with these negatives I feel BJ's has enough positives to give it 4 stars.

I love to support local small businesses! This place may be small but has a ridiculous large…read moreselection of craft beers! With so many options... from local breweries to so many other states! I'm a big fan of their mix and match, basically every beer here is available to purchase as a single can. I love this, perfect for taste sampling without a major commitment! There a few taps here with the opportunity to purchase growlers. The taps are changed regularly. They also let you try a sample. The staff here is fantastic, very outgoing but more importantly they know their craft beer. I always ask for staff recommendations on the large selection of IPA's. I have yet to be disappointed with a beer. In fact I usually come back for more! Definitely check out this great smaller craft beer place!

Stopped in to redeem a $50 gift card that I was given for Christmas. One of the brother owners…read moresaid that someone had already redeemed the card the previous month. Keeping in mind that they don't seem to have the technology to scan the bar code on a gift card, they just punch in the numbers. Obviously someone had punched this in wrong previously, but either he wasn't able to come to that conclusion or he just didn't give a shit. But he "would talk to his brother about it and give me a call the next week" Meanwhile, I spent $50 out of my own pocket since he wouldn't take the gift card. Crickets since then - and now they've lost my business forever. Amazing to think that a mom and pop place like that would be run by people who lack basic customer service skills
