We set up our picnic rug under the shade of some trees. Even though it was a hot day there was lots of space. The grounds/grass was clean, the pool was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. We were able to cool off in the pool then relax poolside and read. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the patrons were also friendly. The entry price was cheap compared to the city. There are trees on the grounds but also lots of trees nearby. We could hear the kookaburras laughing nearby-definitely a relaxing nature sound. Recommend the pool if you are in the area.
