This was also during Covid, but they required me to get quotes, which were impossible to get at the time. They did not send a demand letter until December 4th. The statute of limitations ran out January 27, 2023. Even though I had sufficient proof of my case, I was contacted by phone by the junior attorney telling me the deadline of the statute, and that it was hard to prove cases and if I wished to go to trial they needed $10,000 more. Knowing that to be indicative of what I could expect for my money, I looked for other representation but ran out of time. Most of the fees they billed me for were of phone calls from me abouts the things they were requiring me to do for my case. I found John to be quite personable, and our first conversation already gave me the impression that he was genuine, not just another lawyer trying to make a buck off me. I explained my situation and he gave me sound advice to ensure I would be protected and get matters done with reasonable cost. While I did get the impression his office was busy, it never took too long before they either called me back or gave me updates by email.
