She's super friendly but there were super long delays with everything up until we got ON our honeymoon and every time we walked in the hotel door we had messages to listen to. I made a $4,000 payment and I had to ask for a receipt many times and it took about two weeks for her to send it. I find this so unacceptable. If you have time to take my money, such a large sum, you should have time to give me documentation for my records in a timely manner. We had a total of 4 flights, 2 there and 2 back and I didn't have seats next to my husband on a single one of them. We didn't even have seats until we got to the airport for one leg. We made a couple of them work but didn't sit by each other on others. I just thought that having a travel agent would help with all the planning I was doing, and it ended up causing me to spend even more time on it. I think I am a pretty organized person and from here on out will just be doing all travel arrangements myself.
