He came to our house the day after I called him and gave me a verbal quote which he followed up that night with an emailed quote. The next week, he arrived on time with his crew and took the trees down to just the trunks the first day. He wore fall protection while he was in the trees which pleased me as I didn't want anyone hurt. Then they cleaned up all the debris. The next day they returned and took down the trunks and ground out all 3 stumps. Then they raked the lawn and swept the driveway. The whole thing was a pleasant experience. Derrik and his crew were friendly and easy to talk to and they checked with us about moving sprinklers so they weren't damaged by falling branches. He denied having hit the house with anything, told me he placed our bike against the house then demonstrated by hitting the handle against the stucco 2 more times. When I told him to get off my property he started using passive aggressive behaviour. Saying things like, I am crazy and need to be institutionalized, told me he hopes I get better, etc... I ended up calling the police to be certain these people wouldn't return onto my property again. The person who tried to intimidate and escalate the situation with a 5'3 woman should try such with a 6' man. Deplorable person! Utterly unprofessional.

The second missed fact on tammys part was how she confronted me. I had my ear defenders on and I could her someone hollering f bombs. I turned around to see her below me swearing at me. My response three times was lets start this again. Good morning. She continued to threaten us if we stepped on her yard. Our customer was paying us to do his hedge and her side for free. We made our customer aware of her actions in which he went to speak to her. She did the same thing to him screaming and swearing. So it was actually our customer that originally phoned the authorities on her for the behavior. It apparently wasn't the first time this has happened with them. So my point is that people shouldn't be ever able to just post about anyone or a company on their own free will of opinion. Could you imagine if I was allowed to do this to this individual.
