I found Infinity Tax Solutions on Yelp, reached out as soon as I found them, heard back within 30 minutes, and had an appointment scheduled within an hour. Teri was so responsive, kind, and helpful with all of the questions I had. I had to reschedule our appointment day of due to an unforeseen circumstance and was able to get on her schedule later that week, and she was so understanding. I stopped by her office for my appointment and was out the door less than an hour later. I sent her some documents later that evening, and she messaged me within a couple hours saying they were completed. As someone who stresses over tax season and puts off doing my taxes every single year, it was SUCH a relief to have some help with them this year. Teri was so patient and kind as well - I felt so comfortable asking any questions I needed to. I'm excited to have found my go-to place for my taxes!

They are definitely some of the most expensive tax professionals on the market being 3-5x more expensive than my prior accountants, but considering poor/nonexistent communication and not responding to my emails and calls is what cost me $8k+ in tax penalties, for me it is worth the premium price (although, I have yet to get first bill from them, so we'll see haha). But whatever you do, do NOT go to Daylen at Klingler Associates or Brady at High Country Finance unless you want to start getting a dozen+ IRS letters a week telling you your taxes were done wrong and you owe penalties!!

This is a wonderful group of people! We went through them when we purchased our first home in 2015…read moreand then again this past year when we sold that home and bought a new one. They are always available if you have questions and you can call/email them any time. They are always so happy to help and always go above and beyond for their customers. When we bought our new home this past year, it was a nightmare with the seller. But this team made things so easy for us and they dealt with the seller and getting everything they needed. When the day came to close, the seller still hadn't provided all of the paperwork needed for us to close. We had already closed on our current home and had to move out; if we didn't close on the new house that day, we were going to be homeless. Our realtor and the whole team were working on our close ALL DAY. They started close to 7:00AM and were on the phone, in meetings, and in touch with us all day to make sure we were taken care of. They rescheduled meetings and appointments so they could spend their time making sure we got into our house that day and weren't without a home (we had a 5 month old baby at the time). By the end of the day, we were in our new home because of all the hard work from the Ben Lemon Team. Seriously, I couldn't be more grateful for this amazing group of people and all the hard work they put in for my family and me. I recommend them to anyone I know buying or selling and will continue to work with them in the future if I decide to sell or buy again.
