Donut was amazing - fresh, soft and delicious. They also had a restaurant style menu on the wall. They were serving breakfast. There was also bread and other goodies for sale. As for this specific branch, it does fine. I've never had poor service or a wrong order. Nothing against the fine people at this location, but Tim Hortons need to step up its game to compete in the coffee shop world. Though I had to leave this thought in light of my recent encounter. I walked into Tim Hortons and no one was at the register. Instead they had a bell. A bell! You could ding it to notify them there was a customer. Yes there's a customer! And three more behind me as well. Its a busy place! Need some more staff or what?

My ice cap was not correctly proportioned but still moderately pleasing. The eating area is very clean and tidy but the bathroom probably wasn't touched for a few hours.
