We interviewed several agents when we listed our home…read more Lanissa by far was the most professional. She definitely knows the market and all the in's and out's of selling a home. Her communication is bar none. She provided us with great marketing data and consulted with us on how to price our home to maximize our exposure. Lanissa was hands on during every step of the way with excellent service and support. She made our home selling journey very easy. If we had stayed in the Billings area we definitely would reach out to Lanissa again to buy or sell a home. She earned our complete trust and we are Thankful to her for that.

Lanissa was fantastic in my initial meeting with her. We signed a contract and listed my home…read more After that she told me that it was a bad time to list a home because nobody shops for homes until after school starts or during Labor Day. Why wouldn't she have told me that before we listed - I would have postponed two weeks. I got the basic listing on the MLS and no further contact from her. She did respond if I contacted her first, however, never initiated the contact to check in or update me. When I finally decided to take the listing down, I got a very generic response from her letting me know she would send a document to end the contract and asking where to leave the lockbox key. It ended up being a very cold and disappointing experience working with her

We contacted Patti to help us; she was highly recommended by several friends. We were not very excited about entering as one acquaintance described the 'intimidating' home-buying market. Patti acknowledged our fears and assured us that she would be there for us every step of the way. Patti did not let us down. She listened closely as we described our situation. There weren't many homes in our price range and those that did show up were sold within 3-4 days with over 10 offers seeking the same property. We welcomed Patti's calm demeanor and appreciated her sincerity and professionalism. Her dedication to fulfilling our needs made us feel like we were her only clients...which we knew was not the case!! We looked at multiple homes over two weeks and then Patti found what seemed to be the perfect home; it was close to our current home, in our price range and in extremely good condition. This is where it becomes important to have chosen the realtor who fits your personality and who knows what you want. Patti knew of our limited budget and helped us 'sweeten the pot' using several variables in addition to the offering price that would ultimately get us the home. Patti is an extremely knowledgeable and professional realtor. We experienced her commitment to us and believe this to be true of all her clients. We felt comfortable with her throughout the home-buying process and highly recommend her to anyone who needs the guidance of a realtor. Thank you Patti! Jim and Karen Merchant

It is our pleasure to recommend Travis Manske as a real estate agent for any individual or family…read moresearching for their ideal home in the Billings area. We were first time homebuyers and also looking to relocate to the Billings area from out of town. Travis worked with us to view houses over the weekends when we could come to Billings for a quick trip and with his help we were able to find and put in an offer on the perfect house for us within just a couple weeks after we started looking. We initially got in contact with Travis via a friend who was a realtor in a previous town we had lived in who recommended Travis as a good fit for us. They couldn't have been more right. Travis took notes on what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. He made appointments to view homes when it worked for us, but probably took away from his family time (sorry about that Travis!). We found Travis to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He always returned phone calls and emails within the hour. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. When we ran into financing difficulties with the lender we started out with initially and were pre-approved with, Travis was able to help us out in a huge way with contacts he had with another lender that was able to work though the issues extremely quickly. If Travis hadn't been our realtor, it is highly likely the deal, not to mention all the time, effort, and planning quite possibly would have fallen through at the last minute. I honestly can't recommend Travis highly enough for helping us out in that situation. Travis is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again he will be the one we will turn to. Jacob and Jessica Smith
