ANYTHING that was HIDDEN from home inspection by Sheetrock has to be redone. The pipes froze on the first cold day. After pulling out walls, ZERO INSULATION on pipes and ZERO on outer walls. Ice cold air blows in constantly. Open vents from the pipes left UNVENTED in closed up crawl space vented the noxious, dangerous gases into my home and made my home unlivable. Get a cesspool inspection too as mine collapsed into a huge sinkhole Christmas Day. After paying THOUSANDS for a new cesspool, and thousands to insulate and thousands to redo ALL the downstairs Sheetrock, I am an in for over 25 THOUSAND ALREADY to fix the INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL work this woman did.
