The man has answered everyone of my calls texts and emails and took both cases for one flat rate. He was also patient with me when I was trying to pay him on my payment plan before I just handled the rest of the bill out right. I will never go infront of a judge with a public defender again and I will hire him every time God forbid I ever have too. Hes very professional and absolutely knows what he's doing. I have a bad criminal history and have dealt with many lawyers in the past and this is by far the best lawyer I have ever had. If you want someone who has your best interest in mind and knows what he's doing I highly recommend hiring Mr.Kopp.

I recommend David Franks and also James Andrle , they both specialize in different areas and i…read moreneeded the help of both of them , i must say that yes they are very busy compared to many other attorneys which means that they are very much in high demand and i can see why , my experience with David was great and very reasonable, definitely was a huge help for me , he was able to represent me and explain every detail and got me out of what could have been a much worst situation had i not got his help . David knows what he is doing and knows the system very well , he has been doing this for a very long time and is able to help , no regrets at all , thank you David for assisting me during my time of troubles and helping. I also had the experience of with James Andrle while going through a divorce and i must say hands down this is the guy you want contending by your side , he is EXTREMELY KNONLEDGEABLE and will admit that there were moments that i was not able to reach him but that was only because of how busy he is which obviously means he has alot of clients but not once did i feel my case was being neglected , he was able to provide me with a sense of peace and not to worry , lets just say i only had to show up to court to finalize the divorce while he handled it all for me and was extremely reasonable as well , he was able to assure me that things will go well and they did and told me not to worry and i didn't because he was a huge help with what i was battling , i am forever grateful to have met him and have him by my side , again both of these gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable , just take a moment and stop by they're office and see the countless plaques on their walls for excellent service and won cases , it speaks for itself , and after reading some of these reviews , i will say that yes they are very busy but they know what they are doing and handle it well , thank you both for your help and service .

My Attorney Recommendation for Trust, Will, Power of Attorney…read more I highly recommend attorney Dee Arnold. Phone (224) 535-9610. Website: http://willcounsel.com Dee completely updated our 20 year old documents. We had so many changes over that time period it was almost like starting from scratch. Her charge was under $1000 and I understand for a couple starting from the beginning the cost is under $1200. She responded via email within hours both to questions before we committed to using her, and after we committed. We sent her a lot of our information by email, then she prepared draft documents. We went back and forth a couple of times with revisions, then she came to our house to go through the documents and to answer questions. At her office she made final changes and several days later came back to notarize us signing them. She exceeded my expectations in every way, and at a cost lower than I expected and found elsewhere.

Mr. Potter handled everything on the probate said beautifully. The real estate transaction was a challenging because of last minute demands by the buyers attorney. There were some difficulties, not attributable to Mr. Potter, and the transaction closed on time and for full value. The title company Mr. Potter selected to help us was also excellent. Since that time, I have referred other folks with problems in the northwest suburbs to Mr. Potter. Well, he might not come off as very dynamic, he does a solid job for his clients.

I feel completely betrayed by Mr. Haff and deeply disappointed in how he handled my family law…read morecase. Throughout the entire process, he went to court only four times, and during those appearances he said little to nothing--mostly just telling me not to speak to the judge myself. At no point did he advocate for me or make any meaningful effort to help my case. I fulfilled every requirement expected of me, yet he failed to ensure that critical steps were taken, such as making sure I received a service plan. I actually had to request it myself, even though he was in the courtroom when it should have been addressed. I paid him $3,000 for representation, and later he charged me an additional $1,500--then sued me for that amount after providing minimal legal support. His lack of communication, effort, and professionalism left me feeling completely unrepresented and taken advantage of. Given his conduct, I am firmly considering filing a formal complaint with the Bar Association. In my opinion, Mr. Haff's actions fell far below the standard of care expected from an attorney, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him for family law matters.
