A few things they offer that other places don't include hiring a professional photographer to shoot their images for your listing (makes a HUGE difference), hosting a tour of their new local listings for all Jaqua Realtors weekly, and hosting regular open houses. Our listing went live on a Monday, we'd had 10 visits by Wednesday and it was sold by Friday, so our open house that had been scheduled for the following Sunday never even happened. Thanks, Jaqua!

I have sold two homes with Sue Rome through Jaqua Realtors, and each time the process was…read moreeffortless. Sue Rome met with me, showed me comparable home prices in the area similar to my home, advised me on a few inexpensive cosmetic updates that would increase the value, and helped set the asking price. She provided feedback after every showing, which helped me understand what appealed to buyers looking at homes like ours. She always responded quickly to emails and texts from me. Despite an offer falling through, and a bankrupt mortgage company the night before closing (back in 2008), Sue explained each step of the process and worked hard to get us to SOLD. I would use Sue again to buy or sell a home.
