This dealership is by far the worst business I have ever been to. My 19-year-old son bought a 2021 SSR dual sport motorcycle there with 120 miles on it. His first bank loan and big purchase. The bike had 120 miles on it and should be under warranty. He got it home and it didn't start and had to turn switch on and off to finally get it to work, and the speedometer did not work. He works out of town, so my husband called and spoke with someone, and they told us to bring it up to the dealership. The person told us they knew the speedometer didn't work and had ordered one (never told us). The bike was brought up and we mentioned that it didn't start properly. The bike was there for a week, and they never touched it. My husband called and they said they were busy and hadn't gotten it in yet. Finally, a day later the bike is in, and we get a call that it is all set. We picked the bike up and the switch was never looked at. We call the dealership and bring the bike up again the owner Wayne walks right by us and goes out to the bike and keeps turning the switch on/off then goes and sprays something in keyhole and continues to turn key on/off till the battery dies. He tries to tell us that it must have been left outside because there was moisture in the switch. We proceed to tell him that is not true, and we had told them of this right away when we came for the speedometer. Wayne proceeds to tell us it is normal for the battery to die when turning the switch like that. I tell him that is not normal for switch or battery. He tells us he is going to order a switch.
We call after leaving to check on expectations for completion as we were given none for a time frame. The girl who answers the phone tells my husband he is rude for asking and telling her that the bike has not been able to be ridden since our son bought it a month previous. She gives him to Wayne the owner and he is the same way and gives my husband to a mechanic that says they knew all along the switch was bad and it was on backorder. Everyone who answers the phone talks to us like we are rude. I end up calling the company and they told me to tell them to put an emergency order in and they would expedite the part. I tell them what to do and the part arrives and finally after 2 weeks we get a call it is ready. At the time of the speedometer replacement the owner told my husband the decals that were missing he would replace, and he would order him a whole new decal kit. We never received it. I called today and the same rude women would not even let me speak tells me we were given the stickers and it was only two and I am rude. We were never given any decals however; she wouldn't let me explain. I do not know how you can be rude when she doesn't even listen to what you are asking. I did end up telling her if she thought we were rude she needs to get in a new line of work.
My son has owned this bike for 3 months and it still only has 300 miles on it due to the parts issues, and terrible service from this dealership. The people at this dealership are deceitful and do not tell the truth when selling. They make many promises and leave out a lot of information. This would cause any customer to be stressed.
This dealership is awful they lie at every turn and once the sale is out the door never follow through and then they try to make you feel like you are unreasonable when asking for the things they promised. By far the worst place I have ever dealt with, and the worst first experience my son could ever have. NOT THE PLACE TO BUY FOR ANYONE IN THE NORTH COUNTRY. read more
