The owner is difficult to deal with and does not follow instructions. Find another shop even if they are not the closest for your equipment manufacturer. Then call other shops directly to see if they service your equipment, it isn't always listed on the manufacturer web site. The above review is my opinion. read more

I recently had my snow blower serviced under warranty. Everything went fine as expected from a quality shop.

We came here to get warranty service done on a Ryobi power washer we purchased from Home Depot. Ryobi told us this was the closest authorized service shop so that is how we found it. The owner is very rude and unresponsive. We dropped off the power washer in October. Never got a call or status update. Called up to get an update and he said it needed new parts and the manufacturer was out of stock and it would take a few more weeks. Ok, no problem, it is what it is. 3 months go by, still no update. Called again, he said that the parts are still unavailable and that the eta has been pushed out another 4-6 months! Again, not his fault, he doesn't make the parts, but that's information I would have like know. I called up Ryobi and they sent out a whole new replacement because they agreed that I shouldn't have to wait half a year to get my power washer working. I will not be coming back here for service in the future due to the poor communication. read more

Not only difficult, he is also a rude old man. He definitely needs an attitude fix. Quality of work is not that good either.
