While we…read morewere able to change the tire, we now needed a full service station to repair the flat as we could not get home on the "donut" tire. We stopped at the first exit for gas when I asked a gentleman if you knew of a place that could help us. He recommended Perkins and gave us directions. When we got to the shop, the owner immediately helped us, repaired our tire while we waited, put it back on our car, and charged us such a great price that we were completely floored, all with a smile and fantastic attitude. It was potentially a terrible situation made all the better by Tom at Perkins Automotive. I just want to say thank you to him and highly recommend his shop. Our insurance company recommended Laughlin Collision. Closed on a Sunday, we left a message with Laughlin Collision and the owner called us back and arranged for us to have Jerry work with us first thing on Monday. We were traveling with two dogs and 2430 miles from home and needed to get the car fixed immediately. As it turned out the parts were going to take a while to get. Jerry worked with our insurance company to get us a rental car so we could get on our way. It all worked out! We had to leave our car there, used a rental to continue our crisscross then flew back to Erie to pick up our car. Jerry worked with us every step of the way. The car looked great at pick-up! Thank you Jerry!

I got my car back in just over 2 weeks, good as new. I would definitely go to Laughlin again for auto body repairs.

I looked up tire places, and found Kerr's Tire Korner. I arrived around 8 AM and was warmly greeted by Brian. I explained my situation, and he had my car up on the lift within minutes. As I suspected, I needed wheels balanced from some damage done by the tire debris. Brian was very professional and extremely personable. I felt like I was in another country.
