I expressed a concern about a place on my molar I can feel is more pitted, he looked at it and said…read moreit wasn't an issue. 3 months later, it's gotten worse and is sensitive to temperature changes. I asked his thoughts about removing teeth with a root canal and opting for an implant instead. He advised against it saying, "If the root canals aren't causing issues, don't do anything. If it's not broke, don't fix it." Then the very next sentence was, "I noticed that your teeth aren't as white as they could be, have you ever considered veneers?" First off, my teeth are not stained or a yellow color at all. Sure, lightening them up might make them look a little nicer, but teeth whitener would be a much better option than veneers! Veneers can be $2,000 a tooth, requires removing enamel, and they don't last forever. What happened to, "If it's not broke, don't fix it."? It felt like he only cared about making more money.

I guess I am not the only one to have been the victim of the dentist John Roberts…read more It started with a visit to him because my bottom teeth had gotten bad over the years because of sjogrens. I told him I had sjogrens which causes a really dry mouth so there is no saliva to wash away bacteria naturally in the mouth. So he told me no worries I would be fine with implants. So he started by pulling all my bottom teeth and cutting open my gums to grind the bone so it would be a smooth surface. Then stitched up the gums, had to wait for (can't remember how long) for that to heal then went back to have him say he had to cute the gums open because they weren't just right. So he cut and ground again and stitched the gums. ok so after awhile I go back and he proceeds to putting in the abutments, had to let the bone grow around them then put the post in them and then I am ready for the stationary denture to be fastened. I went back every six months for a cleaning and x-ray. Well as time went on infection started to set in because of no saliva naturally in my mouth. I tried everything to avoid this but could not keep the posts from getting infected which caused a lot of bone loss in my lower jaw. So in the end and after over 20,000.00 and a lot of suffering I lost three of the post and a lot of my jaw bone. I was told by an orthodontist that I should not have had 5 posts with a permanent fixture in the first place. So I had the orthodontist fix me up with a snap in denture on the two posts I had left and I am doing fine now because I can take the denture out at night so the bacteria is at a minimum and I can clean around the two posts that are left without a problem. In the end with all that I went through I spent near 30,000.00 out of my pocket. Oh yeah one more thing! I was questioning him about half way through this deal about titanium and the immune system and he boldly said to me, don't try to fight it because you won't win!! So I would not take a dog to him!!!

North College Dental has the best staff. My family has gone there for 16 years. The hygienists…read moretreat my children with such kindness and with a cheerful attitude. We were just there last week with a new hygienist, there was some apprehension and requests for me to ask to have Heather clean their teeth but afterwards the talk was of how nice (Sara???) was. ( I wish I could remember names). Marni has always been so kind to schedule our families appointments together to make it easier for us. We don't see Dr Lambert or the dental assistants much but when we do they are always kind and help to put our minds at ease while working on our teeth. most of their staff have been there for many years and for me that's says a lot about a dental office!

I have been looking for a great place to take my family. A friend referred me and I couldn't Have…read morebeen happier with my outcome there. My son had a dental emergency on Christmas Eve and I wasn't able to get him into any dental provider. We tried a few other places and no other businesses provided the home-like comforting experience this Business provided. The assistant has been working there for over 35 years and she was able to comfort me and share with me personal stories and connect to me as a person. The dentist was very agreeable, personable and informed and was very open to discussing the needs of my whole family. I felt so comforted to know that if I had another emergency in the future they would be able to take care of my entire family. It feels good to have a dentist that will be able to meet all of our needs. With a family of five and twin boys it feels so good to have such a wonderful experience!!!

So disappointed in this office. The front desk gal has no clue what customer service really means…read more Spent most of her time on her cell phone while I was there. Never even bothered to make eye contact. The lobby is dirty and needs a good cleaning along with wall touch up where there is missing paint. I didn't find this staff or doctor to be helpful or truly friendly. In a place that is suppose to specialize in making you more comfortable. I have no plan on returning to this office! I hope if you use them you have a better first impression and treatment than I did.

The first appointment I was totally convinced this was going to be my new dental place! I went in…read moreto get my wisdom teeth out, the lady at the front desk was so nice! I wish I would've gotten her name! But the dentist seemed scared and didn't really want to do the removal during that appointment. Which really sucked because I drove 2 hours to get there on top of the hour ahead differnce from Nevada. I was very disappointed by the dentist but I scheduled an appointment with the only oral surgeon for this place which had to be 2 week out on a Wednesday. I wasn't happy but glad the careless dentist wasn't going to be the one digging in my mouth. When I went in 2 weeks later I waited for 2 other people in the waiting room to go first. Didn't get in until 15 minutes after my appointed time. I sat down in the chair and a nice YOUNG women came in getting stuff prepped. She is clearly very new and very untrained. She didn't feel comfortable doing anything by her self so was assisted by another assistant. Pretty scary when you already took a pill an hour ago waiting to go under. That made me very uneasy going in. I removed them giving me Aesthetic then remember waking up to them force feeding me Gatorade. It took literally 30 minutes on the dot to do the whole procedure. They wheel chaired me out, gave my fiancé very vague information and got me out of there. I'm unsure if it's the proper technique but they sewed my cheeks onto/over my wisdom teeth wholes which made it so very incredibly hard to brush my teeth or wash my mouth out. I felt really left out of the loop when it came to anything about the care of what I'm supposed to do. I came back a week later got the stiches out. Took 10 minutes and I was out of there. I'd say over all they were very fast but I'd never go back. I didn't feel like they had the time for me they were just fast to get me out. And I didn't even get to see the nice women from day 1 after that appointment.
