The music was an eclectic mix of pop, folk, alternative, and classic rock. The bar is Charles Darwin-themed with abundant evolution and Darwin paraphernalia around the bar. I tried the Balimero. The flavor was unusual but complex. Overall, I had a good experience at Darwin's and would recommend them for cocktails in Salzburg.

The decore was fun and on theme for the name. The food was excellent. I had the Bruchetta, which tasted fresh and the Luinguini Al Tartufo, which was slightly creamy, not overly heavy, and a perfect balance with fresh shaved black truffle. I squeezed in room for the Gateau au Chocolat, and I'm really glad I did. If you like a cocktail that's not too sweet, and also tropical, the Caribbean Milk (I'm 90% sure that's what it's called) is reaallly good. The bartender was very helpful with suggestions, and once the bar started to get busier, the owner came and made drinks from the well and served half the bar through the busy, dinner rush. Great food and friendly service will bring me back there next time I'm in Munich for sure.
