I gave it 4 stars, because I think their student record system should possibly include a copy of their student ID for clearer identification. I understand mistakes happen, however, through personal experience, it would help if staff (both permanent and temporary) had better accountability of students as far as who is who, especially when medical issues arise. The only other issue here is parking on even nights. It's not terrible, but sometimes, I wonder how the parents of over 1000 students are supposed to all fit their vehicles in that small little parking area? That is all... other than that, great school!

All the teachers are qualified individuals with teaching credentials and they are all Christians who serve God . As a result, I have made the decision to withdraw my daughter from Howard School and enroll her in another school. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of organization and professionalism demonstrated by the administration. Based on our experience, I would not choose this School again and would not recommend it to other parents. I not consider the Howard School like Magnet level, nothing good in this school

It was raining that day and I also brought my 4 month old baby in a stroller. The 9th grade center was elevator friendly where as the main campus was NOT! They also didn't inform parents that we would be meeting teachers at each campus so me and my son went in circles in the rain trying to look for a building that didn't exist because it was at the other location (main campus). Once we got to the main campus, I find out some of my sons classes are upstairs and the elevators were not opening their door so when I asked a staff member they told me they had to get someone to let me on and they did, but then when i asked the lady how will I get back down she goes "well how long will you be ?" I'm like "i have no idea" she goes well someone up there will let you down. Once we finished meeting the rest of his teachers and were ready to leave we couldn't find ANYONE to get that lady to open the elevator to let us go down. I went up to this useless cop that said he was going to get someone and instead disappeared. My older son tried to get a teacher to call and that teacher didn't do anything either. So after waiting for 20 minutes we had to make the choice to go down the stairs. My older son had to help me with the stroller while i carried my infant in the car seat down. I would've sued if something would've happened to me or the baby for negligence. What if some parents or the children attending that school are disabled! why would you deny access to public elevators!!!!!! I've lost respect for that school, its embarrassing they couldn't even help a mom out. I told my son I won't be doing meet the teacher anymore because it was not worth my time after that experience. Wish my husband would've came but he had work.

The students here are racist and the teachers not staff do anything about it. My first day at this school I was constantly getting racially harassed all day and when I went to talk to a dean about it they did nothing. Also the lack of diversity in all of the activities that they have here is honestly really sad. I went to both of the prep rally's they had here (they sucked) but it was honestly disheartening to see the lack of people my skin color not really in anything there were only a few students my color in some activities. The teachers aren't that great but not too bad or whatever. They actually care about the autistic and special ed at this school. I was also racially profiled by an autistic kid and told one of the teachers and excused it and saying "it's because of their autism". The school itself was VERY dirty and some of the utilities were broken and I've spotted multiple roaches dead and alive in the cafeterias it was nasty dude and the power cut off at the school and it was hot all day. Also there was recently a flood that happened and they were moving us all around the school it was kinda unorganized But they tried I guess..I was also touched inappropriately by another autistic kid, and once and again it was excused because of their autism. Also the hallways are always super crowded bro it sucks. So anyways this was probably the worst school year I've ever had at a school and like I said before DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The teachers and administrators are knowledgeable, polite and care about the young people attending this school. It's much nicer than I expected it to be.

It truly is a wonderful school. The school and staff never fail to celebrate, support, and genuinely help the students. One of the best communities I've ever been around just in general. Chancery charter high school is absolutely amazing and I had an absolutely wonderful experience through and through. CAN'T EXPRESS HOW WONDERFUL THIS SCHOOL ACTUALLY IS!
