They picked out my perfect dress in this way. My advice would be make an appointment as they seem to be very busy, always a good sign. Lots of thank you cards in the shop from happy customers. Today was my first and only shopping experience for my wedding dress, and I wanted the perfect dress. I went in with an idea of the dress I wanted and the bridal path stocked it, I tried it on and fell in love. However Amy (the lady in the bridal boutique) said I should try on others I might surprise myself. Boy was she right, I tried on dresses I thought I would dislike massively and they soon became the front runner. I then was undecided with two types of dresses and the girls came up with a "wildcard" as they called it. At this point I thought I don't know what I like I'm going to have to think about it. Well the wildcard won me over I felt like such a princess and it's the most perfect dress ever! I ordered it there and then and honestly cannot fault any part of the experience. The girls treat you so personally, they aren't pushy and couldn't be more friendly if they tried! I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, I will be going back to look for the bridesmaids dresses there!!! Thanks again girls!!!

A good place to try on lots of dresses and grab a bargain!…read more This is a warehouse style wedding dress shop. You don't need an appointment, just turn up when they are open and ring the bell. You are given 4 rings and simply put them around the hangers of the dresses you like. You can then try on those 4 before going back out to choose another 4. The dresses are samples from shops so they generally only have 1 in each size and when they sell they are gone so be aware of this if you fall in love with one! It was moderately busy for 1130 on a Saturday. We got a changing room straight away though. One of the assistants helps you out when you get changed then she kindly suggested some dresses she thought would suit me as well and went to get them. They had some stunning things in my size. You are possibly a size bigger than normal here so beware when choosing! I could have happily bought 2 of the ones I tried on. The lady also helped me try on matching veils. Again I can't wait to go back and try on more dresses here.

Worst customer service!!…read more My friend ordered a dress made to measure from this boutique. She ordered the dress 7weeks in advance and was told it will be ready in time. When we went to the shop the man who owns the shop showed us the dress which was the same dress she saw on the mannequin 7weeks ago. The dress had marks and few beading missing. The dress which she wanted hadn't arrived and the owner lied saying the dress in front of us was the new one she ordered. The owner lied so much he had no idea after a while what he was saying. The owner is the rudest person I have come across screaming at the customers. Customers needs did not come first. Owner didn't want to listen to the customer and lied over and over again!! The only person to see my wedding dress from the day it arrived to the actual big day was my mom…read more Unfortunately my mom lives quite far away from me so my mother-in-law to be (who lives a lot nearer) kindly offered to let me keep the dress at her house, with the promise that she wouldn't take a peek. All was going well until I realised the dress was fairly creased and I needed to get it steamed only 2 weeks before the big day! The ladies at Wedding Belles were brilliant. They totally understood my situation and promised to keep the dress under lock and key. As my mother-in-law elect lived so locally they even offered to collect and drop off the dress. As I was at work I had total faith in the ladies and my mother-in-law to be. They only had the dress for a couple of days and when they returned it they had added in a shape keeper for the top half of the dress (as it was an off the shoulder piece) and they had packed it so even the shape couldn't have been seen. I have already recommended a friend do the same for her dress and I say the same to you. They really did surpass my expectations and for a reasonable price too!

We set about the amazing selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tiara's, veils and so, SO much more. I had given myself an hour, just to make some initial enquiries, I was still there after two hours, I had become engrossed in bridal wear, even excited.
