From the beginning, my crown was ill-fitting, yet instead of replacing it when I first raised concerns, they continued to delay any real solution. Because of this, a pocket formed in my gum that bleeds frequently--and now I'm being charged for the new crown needed to fix the issue they failed to address properly in the first place. The dentist's visits are very short, and he does not appear interested or invested in my concerns. He doesn't allow time for questions or for me to participate in my own treatment plan. It feels like it's his plan or none at all, which is extremely frustrating. Customer service is also poor. The front desk and staff show little interest in the patients, often speaking in an unpleasant manner and barely making eye contact. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and care has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

Her pain is so bad when she went back and told him she couldn't eat he said oh well guess you can't eat. And then told her maybe it's just her teeth. He made her feel stupid and was so uncaring. Do not go here. Took her to another dentist who said maybe the nerve got irritated or the pulp of tooth was damaged. She has to have filling removed and have a sedation filling and possible root canal. This was caused by the awful dentist . Run!

I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

The staff at Willow Grove Dentistry are very professional (Kayla and Nicole are wonderful). They even have ways in which you can finance your dental work. I enjoyed watching television while I was reclined in the chair. Dr. Recigno is so smooth when he administers anesthesia to numb your gums. I was subsequently billed $600+ for the work that was done. To add insult to injury, within a year, two of the fillings that were done have since fallen out and needed to be replaced. My money is gone and so is my time. However, I am currently a patient at a dentist office who clearly knows what types of insurance is accepted and how to correctly fill cavities.
