Both my children love Dr. Justice. She is thorough and patient we have never been rushed out of the visit. She has stepped out of her "doctor" role and given me mom advice on many different things. She was open and honest about her own personal struggles with being a mom and how she tackles different situations. We love it here and as long as we continue to receive them a same level and of service we will be here until the kids grow out of the practice. Additionally their policies online on their practice could have been written more clearer by my Level 1 Autistic child. The lack of clarity and how complicated they explain their policies on their website is unimpressive - same with how the front desk attempted to explain their policy which is essentially if you have a diagnoses you have to cash pay and sign up for their plan. It could be simply explained in a couple simple sentences - don't play games with us special need parents- we go through enough. My very high functioning gifted Autistic child takes no more time with his pediatricians than my neurotypical children. If we needed extra time like many patients might, I could understand a different fee for additional time. Completely discriminatory to NOT accept insurance for a child simply due to a diagnoses, however mild it may be. Never had this issue with our other providers before our move and were always treated fairly, with respect, and if our PPO insurance was in-network with the provider our insurance was always accepted despite any diagnoses for any child or us as adults.

The nurse practitioner who glued her cut was very good with her and told her everything she was doing as she did it. Also- when we arrived, the receptionist brought out the NP to check the injury and make sure she could help us before just signing us in and taking our money.
