Terrible follow-up, especially for a life sustaining medication that I need in order to survive. Disappointed in the service, rudeness of receptionists, and lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need consistent access to your medical records, quick appointments, or promptness. I'll be switching doctors after this situation. It wasn't the first time something like this has happened with Essentia, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been the last either so I'll have to find another provider. I suggest you do the same
