Sent request of what I needed done; put a pole up for curtains, move a dresser from one room to…read moreanother room, and hook up a portable AC. Pole went up. Jeff said the dresser I had in the room was fine and would hold the TV. He spent time tightening the screws and then said it wouldn't fit the TV. I had to help him move the dresser. He had told me originally he had a dolly, but I never saw it. Didnt hook up the AC unit, said I should get two pieces of wood. I went to Home Depot got the size wood he told me and it did not work. I texted him to let him know if didn't work. No response. Basically I paid for a curtain rod. More upset that he didn't even respond to the message, an I'm sorry, or let me give you another method of installing would have been nice.
