Yes, google let them do that, so I am resorting to Yelp to post this honest review. My personal experience with Jim was very subpar, his technique was okay - spinal adjustment was like a basic one you'd get with any Physical Therapist, nothing personalized to my pain or needs, just simple neck and back adjustment. The worst part is dude likes to blubber about politics A LOT, the bigot likes to make borderline racist remarks on other cultural groups. Come on, you run a business to serve diverse clientele who pays you a lot of money for it, this is disturbingly unprofessional

It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, you're usually told they'll call you back -- which rarely happens.
