After the last court date, he assured me he would notify me as soon as the verdict was handed down. It was 21 days after the verdict before he notified me via email, asking if I had the ability to pay the judgement. I had to call, as he didn't tell me the amount. I told him I would bring the check the next day, when I delivered the check, I ask why it took 21 days to inform me, he said he would look into it. 11 days later I received another email stating he "mis figured", and I owed an additional amount, the other attorney advised him that the amount was wrong. He requested I bring another check for the remaining amount, I was unsure of his abilities to complete this task, therefore I sent a check to the attorney myself. I did leave a letter of complaint addressed to Steven Deig with my concerning information in hopes of discussing the matter. I have had no response.
