The representative who refused to give me her name was unable to provide any substantive information beyond stating that my case was "still pending." When I asked for a timeline, clarification of the process, or to speak with a supervisor, she was unable to respond and ultimately became frustrated with my questions--then abruptly hung up on me after I had been on hold for over 40 minutes. This conduct reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. The organization's failure to deliver on its stated services constitutes potential misrepresentation. I relied on their assurances while facing escalating creditor actions, and as a result of their inaction, my wages are now being garnished. I am requesting a formal review of my case, an explanation for the delay and lack of communication, and confirmation that the services I was promised will actually be provided.
