Haley is very intelligent and she knows what she is talking about. I felt really relaxed and comfortable around her throughout the session. I had many questions about the session since it was my first time and she answered all of them until I understood what was going on and why she was doing certain things. To be honest with you the thought of needles didn't sound too appealing but she is so good at what she does that the procedure left me in such a calm state.
