They graciously did so with quick response. Our neighbor even came over to see the result and she was also impressed. This was a big lighting project that was on our to-do list for a long time, and we were nervous since it's all new to us. My experience is that Mr. Tamalavicz stopped communicating after he received my deposit and I never saw him again. He always had an excuse as to why he didn't respond or show up when he said he would, but I always got the sense he was stalling and never intended to do the work or return our money. In the end, he just stopped communicating although we gave him several opportunities to resolve the matter.
