The referee allowed her dad to then make a mockery of the court and make things up. The case was later dismissed but this lawyer treated a child like a criminal and also was untruthful. I never felt like he was in it for anything but the money. He seemed to sleep walk through the whole process. Every time I asked him a question he gave me what turned out to be completely wrong advice. When I asked him to ask the judge for permission to use medical marijuana card he told me the judge had OK,d it in sentencing. When I told J&A this they called my probation officer and when I went to report I found out that wasn't the case. He had told me that he had talked to the judge privately at first to get it approved. Then he charged me an extra three hundred on top of his $2,500 fee to keep me out of jail for his deciet and incompetence. Please save your money for a real attorney. I talked to many in the program I went through at J&A who got a lot more for less money.
