These two make a great team and are a great wealth of knowledge. They helped us stage and sell our house in a weekend with a contingency of finding our new family home. They were not only patient but so responsive when we saw something we needed to see or make an offer on. Robert was very patient and had a great relationship with a lot of realtors out there which always helps when trying to get your offer accepted. In the end we are in our amazing home And would highly recommend them! read more

I can't say enough about Robert and Yvonne. We have bought homes with them and also completed a sale and the attention to detail and complete transparency with both of them is why I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. They have gone out of their way several times just to make sure everything went smoothly which is extremely helpful, when this process can be really stressful. One thing that really did stand out to me about their character is when my wife and I bought our first home a couple years ago, we were mid twenties and we were very new to the process and unsure about a lot of things and undecisive, but Robert was extremely patient and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. The way the Cromer's handle themselves is at the highest standard and glad they have helped my family and friends with their homes. read more

I worked with Robert and Yvonne for the sale of my condo and purchase of my home back in 2018. They were great, very hard working and dedicated. I was able to get above asking on the sale of my condo and purchase my new home at the price I wanted. I can't emphasize enough how great they are. I recently was considering the sale of my home and purchasing a new home and I immediately thought of them. I had worked with other agents in the past and it's quite clear there is no comparison. I decided not to sell because I wanted to keep my property as a rental and I decided to wait to purchase a new home at a later time in the fort to begin to build a portfolio. They were very understanding and supportive of my goals. I will definitely be using them in the future for my real estate needs. read more

My husband and I are so grateful to have found Yvonne. We were trying to buy a house during the height of the housing boom in early 2021, when it was incredibly difficult to buy a house in San Diego county because the demand -- and the competition from highly qualified buyers -- was so high. Yvonne not only got us multiple accepted offers, so we had a choice in homes (which was an incredible feat in-and-of-itself), she made the grueling process as easy and painless as humanly possible. She did this by being unbelievable attentive, hard-working, and frankly just super skilled at what she does. She provided excellent strategic advice on how to assess prospective properties, approach viewings so as to position ourselves in the best light with the selling agents, and submit compelling offers. When the time came, she negotiated flawlessly, and it was clear that she had OUR best interest in mind. We did not, like many at the time, have a huge down payment or agree to waive all contingencies, so getting multiple offers accepted was an impressive feat. But Yvonne never made us feel like it was out of reach. She was confident and upbeat, always. It felt as though we were Yvonne's only clients throughout the entire (long) process. This alone is incredible, because we know that she is actually very busy and in very high demand. And Yvonne helped us the entire way through -- even after the offer was accepted. (We've worked with other agents in the past who all but disappeared after that point, or handed us off to assistants and support staff. And so much still has to happen after an accepted offer that we felt abandoned. But not with Yvonne...). She even helped us coordinate and complete repairs after the sale, by sourcing vendors, negotiating rates, and stopping by the house to let them in (since we were a couple hours away). This was all after the sale, and it illustrates just how much Yvonne goes above and beyond to help her clients. Ultimately, we can't recommend Yvonne highly enough. Yvonne is simply the best real estate agent we've ever worked with by far -- and we've worked with a lot, across multiple cities. We were so impressed with both her skill and her service. With Yvonne, you feel like you are working with a friend or family member whom you can trust and whom you know has your best interest at heart... and who also happens to be one of the best agents around. read more

I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to have found the Cromer's. We recently sold and bought a new home in this super competitive market. They truly went above and beyond for us and made sure we got top dollar for our home and received a good deal on our new home. We are so lucky to have found them. They walked us through every step of the way and guided us with they're endless knowledge of the San Diego market. They also have a program called "homes for heroes" that gave us a rebate check directly from their commission! They truly made us feel like they had our best interest in heart and genuinely cared. They are top of the line professionals who are honest and caring. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. read more

Need a realtor? Look no further than The Cromers! Robert and Yvonne are an incredible team. They were recommended to us by a co-worker who had just used them to buy a home Eastlake. We were unfamiliar with the area but wanted to move here for the great schools. Robert and Yvonne listened to our needs and then used their knowledge of the area to help us really narrow down the right neighborhood for our family. Throughout the buying process, Robert and Yvonne were very responsive and returned every text and email promptly, and if they weren't able to pick up the phone when we called, they called us right back. They also provided us with great buying strategies, which allowed us to purchase our home for less than we expected. We have bought and sold multiple homes before, but this was hands-down the smoothest purchase we've ever made. As long as we're in San Diego, Robert and Yvonne are the only realtors we'll ever use. We're 100% TEAM CROMER! read more

If we could give Robert a billion stars, we will definitely do it. We had the most challenging experience buying our new home because of the seller and Robert looked after us every step of the way. We can't thank him enough for everything he did to make sure we get our dream home. His experience, professionalism and support are some of the qualities that you will find if you are lucky to have Robert working with you. He made sure that our dream home checked all the boxes and also looked after every aspect during the whole transaction in our benefit. Thank you Robert for finding us our dream home!!! Robert is a master negotiator, patient, kind, and willing to go many extra miles for you. Although this sale was a tough one, he never gave up and was able to do amazing things for me to obtain the home before closing. I wish I could send him 100's of referrals so others could have the same experience I had. Thank you Robert for all you did to help me get my new home. read more

Robert is fantastic! A friend of mine who also used Robert to find a home recommended him to me, and I am glad he did! We recently closed on a home in Chula Vista after an extensive search, and Robert was with us every step of the way. He took the time to show my wife and I numerous listings, worked around my busy schedule, and was always available to answer questions day or night. It was a pleasure to work with him, and he is who you want on your team! read more

When I tell you we had ZERO stress and worries with buying and selling our home....A MEAN ABSOLUTELY STRESS FREE! Robert and Yvonne went above and beyond to answer every question we had. Wait...I'm not done, they didn't make any promises they couldn't keep but made sure we got well OVER our asking price. I mean.... WELL OVER! They are absolutely amazing. I hope they are still in business 10 years from now when you sell and buy our "Forever" home. read more

We have worked with the Cromers--mostly Robert, but Yvonne is fantastic too--on two home sales (La Mesa, Eastlake) and one home purchase (Eastlake) over the past 10 years and I can't say enough good about them. They have been very responsive to any concerns, ideas, likes, and dislikes we've had. Robert clearly and kindly clarified all of the terminology and the processes we were unfamiliar with. He was great at keeping us updated every step of the way and skillfully handled any tricky situations that arose. We just sold our home in Eastlake for far over our asking price, (which we already thought was a stretch). We couldn't be happier! We know that wouldn't have happened without Robert's expertise. We have several personal friends who are realtors, but we still chose Robert Cromer because he's exceptional. Give him a call and you will not be disappointed! read more

Yvonne and Robert are the best! Yvonne was highly recommended by a friend in 2009. I've had unpleasant experiences with other agents before, so having Yvonne as my agent was a huge relief! Yvonne and Robert are simply the best. From purchasing our second house in 2010, selling our first house (short sale in 2012), selling the second house (2017) and most recently buying a condo (2018), Yvonne and Robert has been pleasant to work with, they're honest and hardworking...traits that I value in life. They're the only agents I've recommended to my friends and family...no one else. I've gotten plenty of THANK YOUs from my friends they've helped in searching and buying their dream homes. Simply put...The Cromers are the best!!! Choosing them is the first step in finding your dream home, you won't regret it. They are my agents for life! read more

Yvonne and Robert Cromer are two of the hardest working people that I know. With over 25 years of experience in their field and knowing how hard they work for their clients, I was confident that they were the right choice for my family and I. Our transaction was fast and flawless. Yvonne and Robert both have a very caring way about them, answering every question that we had. Excellent communication and very professional. I would recommend Cromer Homes to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home. read more

Robert and Yvonne Cromer are fantastic realtors!! They have helped us buy and sell multiple homes over the years and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. The story is too long to fully explain, but in the end, they helped us get top dollar for a home in Chula Vista. The best part about Robert and Yvonne is their complete knowledge of the area, as well as the market. Robert does an amazing job of explaining all of the processes related to buying and selling homes. He was so patient with all of my questions and spend a tremendous amount of time making sure that we always had whatever we needed. Buy and Selling homes, especially in this market, is already incredibly stressful. But having Robert and Yvonne to help us made all of the difference. If you need to buy or sell, I can't recommend Robert and Yvonne enough. It has been our pleasure to work with them over the past 10 years and I know that anybody that uses them will be on here soon writing another perfect review for them as well. Thanks for all of your help Robert and Yvonne, you don't know how much this has meant to us!! Tyler read more

I wish I could give Robert 10 stars because that is what he deserves. Robert went above and beyond in all aspects of helping me find the perfect house. He was extremely competent and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind at all times. He worked very hard late nights and weekends, whatever it took, to ensure that I got the house that I wanted. Robert was excellent at negotiating and making sure that I got the best deal possible. I was glad to have him on my side. I can't say enough good things about Robert, I will definitely be referring everyone I know to him. I highly recommend buying or selling through him, you won't regret it. read more

We worked with Robert to purchase our house in 2008 but most recently had the pleasure of working with Robert and Yvonne to sell the same house. They were very friendly, professional and clearly had our best interests in mind. The process was easy and smooth throughout. They initially did a walk through which helped us prepare for staging the house for showing. They offered some great advice including several things we had not considered, including helping us consider all options when it came to deciding whether to replace our floors or not. The staging process went smooth and they pretty much did this for us, filling in the gaps in furniture and decor. This was key as it helped minimize the intrusion on our lives with showings and the open house. The staging and preparation went so well, we only needed a single weekend open house, with I think 1 other time we had to leave for a showing. We had multiple offers within 6 days of opening (and we did not show it for the first 3). After a few days of back and forth with the offers, we settled on an offer that was substantially higher than we ever expected. Overall, we had our expectations far exceeded with minimal intrusion to our lives with the process. Robert and Yvonne were professional and highly knowledgable, helping guide us through the challenges and avoiding all the pitfalls. If we ever return to San Diego, we will definitely look them up to purchase our next home read more

It took me almost two years and finding Robert Cromer before he found the right house for me. It is because of Robert that 1) I found the right house and 2) was able to buy the right house. There were a number of hurdles associated with the purchase of the house I now own that Robert was able to navigate and get myself, the seller and the seller's agent over. Robert knows what he is doing and how t navigate challenging real estate transactions. He's A #1 in my book! read more
