We had to contact them again and again as we continued not receiving our bins. Representatives were either an incompetent A.I. that could not comprehend this issue, or we were told that "the team is on it" with no date to expect service and no clarification of the correct address. After constantly emailing and calling for the thousandth time, we have an 'expected' date to receive our bins, a whole month later than when we originally scheduled, and no compensation was offered whatsoever. Horrible company to work with. If you call them, anticipate wasting your time speaking to a completely unhelpful A.I. robot, and do not expect any of your issues to be resolved.
