I had to call again today and was told refunds are taking FIVE WEEKS, then again was told I could not be transferred to a manager. They had no extension to give me of any manager so that when I called back, I could speak directly to one. They had to submit an email asking the manager to call me. Just like happened last week when no manager ever called me. So at this point, I am out $170 for a string base that I've never even laid eyes on let alone had in my possession. They are basically stealing my money. I have worked in retail. I have worked in customer service. I know it does not take five weeks to refund someone's credit card. And it certainly shouldn't take 5-6 phone calls. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come in contact with my 58 years on this planet.

My piano repair man recommended Phoenix Feather and while it was farther than I was currently driving, I tried it because the school has been open for so many years. The group lesson is amazing! Both of my kids were so much more engaged in a group lesson, they see other kids' triumphs and struggles and they want to keep up with course. Ms. K is really energetic and engaging with the kids. It is a rigorous class but Ms. K has SO MANY TOOLS on her website to help your student thru any difficulty. The parent does not need to be a piano player for your child to succeed in this class. I'm forever grateful for this program.

We knew from the get-go that our children would likely not become classical pianists, but we wanted to instill in them an appreciation of music and an understanding of how to read music. The group keyboarding lessons are perfect for that, and they are also a great foundation for more serious students as well. Mz. K has been teaching for over 30 years and has built a time-tested program that works! Mz. K might be considered a strict teacher, but we appreciated her firm guidance which showed how much she cares about her students and their learning.
