We decided to pick up rather than delivery and realized it was fairly hard to find parking if doing a pick up. After circling around once around, lucked out on a side street and got street parking. Once inside, the bloke on the counter had our pizzas ready and when we asked for chili flakes, they apparently don't have that but can get a chili dip instead. So this store is strictly take out, no sit in capacity. Btw, the pizzas were great! Not only did I wait over an hour for my order but the delivery guy was completely ignorant, assuming that the reason I'd given him £15 to pay for the 'pizza' was so he could keep the rest as a tip. He seemed really quite angry and put out when I asked for my change. Upon opening the box you are immediately aware of why they hand it to you flat, its not to preserve the food, its so the puddle of grease gratiously thrown in for free doesn't end up all over the floor. I called the shop, but they were not interested in my complaint, saying that they prepare everything fresh, so they couldn't refund me. I ended up going to the local chippy to get tea and binning the supposed pizza.
