From the moment I walked in, I was honestly shocked. The environment, the layout, the cleanliness, it didn't even feel like a pawn shop. It was one of the nicest retail spaces I've ever been in, period. Super modern, well-organized, and welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice! The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, no attitude, just great people who clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. One thing that really stood out to me is that this place is veteran and family owned, and you can absolutely feel that in the way they run their business. It's honest, respectful, and has that personal touch you rarely find these days. On top of that, the deals were unbeatable. I found exactly what I was looking for (and a couple of things I didn't even know I wanted) at prices way better than retail. The selection was solid, and everything was clean, clearly priced, and well taken care of. This place completely changed how I think about pawn shops.
