Good range to choose from and you can arrange for them to build it for you (usually takes a few days and you then need to pop back in to collect). I ordered a motor through Simon with a guarantee earlier in March of this year. Simon's initial approach of consistent customer service gave me confidence in purchasing from them. The motor showed up as ordered and we installed it because everything looked good. After getting the motor installed and we attempted to start it the flywheel rubbed on the housing showing that we had a bent crank. This is where things started to go bad. Simon tried to tell us that we should try to straighten the crank by prying the flywheel off the housing. Then when we explained that it wouldn't be possible not safe he conceded that they needed to replace the motor. So he ordered a pick up without communicating that the pick had been ordered even after I told him that he can't order the pick up until we get the motor pulled. Then I requested that he ship the replacement motor so that I can swap the motors without tying up the busy bay. He refused. So we pulled the motor and called the freight company for a pick up to return the motor. They came and picked up the motor and returned it the next day informing me that the freight order had been cancelled. This is when the communication from Simon became non existent. He refused to answer my emails, texts and phone calls. So I was left with no choice but to dispute the charges. Upon doing so the communication returned and to my shame I trusted Simon and NB Auto one more time just to be burned by their dishonesty because they promised that if I cancelled the dispute they would immediately send a replacement. After notifying them of the cancellation there has been no response. I again call, text and email multiple times with no response from Simon and NB Auto. Their refusal to communicate substantiates their dishonesty and lack of integrity. Do not do business with Simon or NB Auto unless you want to do business with companies and individuals who lie, cheat and are dishonorable in their business practices by not standing behind their word rather verbalized or written. It does not matter.
