I called and specifically asked if a vehicle was avail, I was told that they verified that it was by Dalayna, that they would pull it up, and the internet Manager Chris, who called me to introduce himself said same. Low and behold as SOON as I sat down the salesman I met two seconds earlier says "Oh no, that one burned up on the showroom floor but I'll make it up to you". I am not going to mention his name as it is irrelevant to my experience. It was not his fault but I literally just met you and this is how you want this transaction to begin? As I sit here typing this, several hours later, it is still on the website. I worked for a dealership before, I know how the BS works. Apparently, if you want to play the whole, "oh no, thats not here but I got this one for you" game, then go ahead. Not the way I do business so you lost mine. Its 2024, not 1999, you need to do better.

In short, the warranty was for 36 months with the start date the day the original owner purchased. The vehicle being sold was 3 years old telling me there was warranty period remaining a point seemingly lost on the sales rep. While again the sales representatives were pleasant, I'll take my business to Harper Jeep in Alcoa.

Vicky and I have 3 goals for every customer, first goal is to provide our customers with a quality used car or truck that has been inspected and serviced with any necessary repair and service done before any car is ever sold, second we want the buying experience to be smooth and stress free with no high pressure sales tactics third service after the sale with extended warranty coverage and someone who truly cares about the customer and the vehicle after the sale. We have worked hard over the years to build a reputation of selling quality cars and trucks with great pricing and service after the sale. We have access to car financing options from local Credit Unions and Banks with rates as low as any lender in the country. Purchasing a vehicle is a long-term investment, and that's why we offer a variety of extended warranty coverage plans, from powertrain to premier coverage, for cars from 1 mile to 150 thousand miles. A large part of our business is finding customers the car they want and need, if you don't see your car in our inventory, stop by tell us about the car you need and let us find that car you.

We still do not have a title and registration as of January 2026. Our bank calls us daily regarding this. We have called the dealership dozens of times and get little to no information and are essentially told they will get the title and registration to us when they have it. We are on our 5th drive out tag which they never get to us before the previous expires and we have to request multiple times and have been pulled over 3 times for expired drive out tags.

Drove…read morethe truck home and parked it. 2 days later went to drive the truck and the right rear had a huge bulge in the side wall. I assumed I received a bad tire and called Tirerack for warranty replacement. That took until Monday the 18th to be shipped to another installer and mounted and balanced. (at this point I've been without my truck for 1 week). When I put the new tire on the truck I check all the other tires. They ALL had the same bulge in the sidewall. (pics will be added) One bad tire could happen (anything made by man) however 4 new tires with the same issue I find hard to believe. When I called Tirerack about it and sent them the pics they agreed that it wasn't a tire issue but an installer issue. So now I'me waiting for 3 more new tires to be delivered so I can get my truck back on the road again. ( Best case will be Monday 08/25/25 before that happens. I also noticed when I took the bad tires off the the left front lower shock mount was broken off and needs replacement. Shouldn't that have been caught when the truck was on the lift with the tires off? Just to make sure Dave Kirk personnel know do NOT call me as I have nothing to say to you about your service department.

I bought a 2010 Hyundai sonata on June 14 2024. A few hours after I had the vehicle I noticed the…read morefuel gauge was going from empty to full erratically. Two days after I had the vehicle the thermostat gauge was showing that the vehicle was running hot. I took it to a mechanic that Airport motors referred me to and I was told the car needed a new cluster and that he couldn't find one. I found out from another mechanic that the Hyundai dealership has to replace the cluster or the vehicle will go into theft mode and not start. Also the ESC off light is always on, I was told by the person that sold me the vehicle at airport motors that the electric control system off light would not affect anything. That was a flat out lie. The ESC goes to the antilock brakes and if I turn too hard the brakes lock up on me when I'm driving down the road and it's very scary and dangerous. Mr. Parham at airport motors knew I have a nine year old child and sold me this vehicle and knowingly lied about everything that is wrong with it. The antilock brakes locking up on me when I'm driving down the road with a nine year old child and the salesman knowingly sold me the vehicle like that should be an attempted murder charge. He should be criminally charged with attempted murder. Also the fuze to the cluster is super glued inside the fuze box. I was going to try and take it to the Hyundai dealership and get the cluster and ESC short fixed but since I told them that that it was sold to me with the fuze super glued into the fuzebox Hyundai will not even schedule a maintenance on the vehicle. The check engine light came on two weeks after buying the vehicle and the fuel pump sensor is fried. Now the gas gauge doesn't do anything but sit on empty. When I confronted airport motors about the vehicle they denied anything being wrong with and claimed the car had been in the family since it was purchased in 2010. That was also a lie .If the vehicle had been in his family for 24 years how could he not know all the things wrong with it. This place is owned and managed by criminals who will do and say anything to make a buck. They refuse to help me with any of the issues and continue to lie and say that they know nothing was wrong with the car when I purchased it. I've had the car 29 days now and I am just out 2700 dollars. Also I did a Carfax report on the vin number and it came back that there were two recalls from 2013 that had never been resolved. I hope airport motors gets shut down before they sale something that kills someone. I honestly don't know how they are still selling vehicles without going to prison.
