Had to pump gas for my car and I appreciate how easy it was. I'm a 73yr old woman have gone to Mobil across the street and don't like their pumps. The service people at Road Ranger were excellent in case I needed assistance. From now on I'll get gas at Road Ranger. Thanks guys. read more

Been going there for years, not the cleanest, but convenient to get gas's when I want lunch at one of the fast food places near by. Went inside to pick up a water and left after non of the 3 employees were wearing mask. Well not correctly. 2 at the register had then below there chin. The one having is over her mouth and not her nose was out cleaning surfaces at least. On of the 2 protecting their chin came out and was talking with the person cleaning and coughing into his hand. Decided across street for my water. It was nice and clean with all employees wearing mask properly. read more

Just stopped by here Wednesday afternoon. Wanted to get gas and be on my way. The outside printer didn't work and all the squeegees were frozen in their buckets! I went in and uh, said the receipt didn't print on the outside pump. And the gal said, "yeah, it's winter out there". I told her the windshield cleaners were frozen in too. She said, "oh". No apology and turned and waked away from the register. Poor response, I thought to myself, "come on!" You have to do better than this. read more

I stopped at the Road Ranger last night for gas. I had to go inside to get the receipt because it didn't print at the pump. Is there a pattern in the reviews here?? Then I asked the clerk how far Durand IL was from Winnebago. She said, "I don't know". It turns out it was only 6 miles from the gas station. Ignorance is bliss, isn't it? She offered no apology for the lack of paper at the pump. The gas station is clean, the bathroom was clean, but the help, they're dumb. Dumb and dark, as Jamaicans would call them. Stupid, as Americans would call them. They make chickens, ants, and sheep look like superior intelligent life. read more

Very rude employee, rolled his eyes when I walked up to counter. Doesn't acknowledge you and continues to talk to other employees while he is ringing up your items. This happens quite often with this one employee. read more

Both of the gas stations in Winnebago are corporate owned and they gouge customers with prices much higher (5-10cents) than they charge in their other stores in the county. Much wiser to check Gasbuddy and buy gas elsewhere. read more
