I made an appointment with him the night prior at 10pm and he promptly came out the next day at 8:30AM to fix the issue. He retapped the threads I had stripped out and fixed it for me. He also made sure to drop my oil pan and clean out the metal shavings so they wouldn't get into the engine and put a new gasket on when he reinstalled it. He also completed my oil change.
